Nexus (nexus.asura-theisle.com) is published by HELIOS, a community of players of The Isle: Evrima run by volunteers.

Nexus is hosted by OVH SAS, 2 rue Kellermann, 59100 Roubaix, France, on servers located in the European Union.
Nothing on Nexus is bought with money. Memberships and items here are paid with Asura Points, which are earned by playing on the Asura servers.
Supporter subscriptions and point packs paid in euros are sold on the Asura store (shop.asura-theisle.com). That store and its checkout are owned and operated by Tebex Limited (registered in England and Wales, company number 08129184), which handles billing, invoices, customer support for payments, and refunds. Its own legal notice, terms and privacy policy apply there: Impressum, Terms & Conditions, Privacy Policy.
Access to the Asura game servers and Discord is moderated by volunteers. A ban concerns the game servers and the Discord, not a paid service: a supporter subscription is managed and cancelled through the Tebex customer portal at any time, independently of any moderation decision. Unban requests are reviewed around the first day of each month; the current procedure is published on the Asura Discord.
